These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Luxe Property Rescue website operated by Jatori Ross, MBA / JR Real Estate ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), DRE License No. 02065034, a REALTOR® with Radius Agent based in Orange County, California. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services Description
Luxe Property Rescue provides real estate consulting, property evaluation, and brokerage services in Orange County, California and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, the Rescue Roadmap consultation, cash offer facilitation, listing preparation, and buyer representation. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of any specific outcome, price, or timeline.
2. SMS / Text Message Program
Program Description
Luxe Property Rescue operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with prospective and current clients about property inquiries, appointment scheduling, property valuations, market updates, and related real estate services ("SMS Program").
How to Opt In (Consent)
By submitting your phone number through any form on our website — including the Rescue Roadmap intake, contact forms, or any lead capture form — you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from Luxe Property Rescue at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Important Disclosures
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per week depending on your inquiry status and stage in the process.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
- To STOP (opt out): Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
- For HELP: Reply HELP to any text message to receive support information. You may also contact us directly at the information provided in Section 10 of these Terms.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and other major US carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
